There are also many for each type of meditation (for example, mindfulness meditation, transcendental meditation, guided meditation, vipassana meditation, loving kindness meditation, chakra meditation, and yoga meditation.) So really, figure out what you want it to do for you (help you sleep? de-stress?) and what you might want to achieve (breathing but like, properly, yoga-style), and go from there.
