As we enter into our 7th week of this round of meditations with the Practice of Living Awareness, we pause and take stock; after all, at the end of this week we’ll be at the half way mark. May the tools we’ve offered thus far lead you to the spaces within yourself where clarity, gentleness, and peace preside.

This week’s meditation step is called Interlude. Interludes maximize on the pause. As we grow more comfortable with meditation—with our mind and with ourselves—we begin to notice that magic is revealed in the quiet spaces.
